Erika Pedersen has over two decades of C-suite executive sales and strategic account management expertise in global logistics and SaaS implementation. A graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business Entrepreneur Program, Erika is known to drive performance metrics with vision and integrity. A proven operator, connector and talent developer, Erika has led cross-functional international teams and brokered lasting partner relationships with key decision makers throughout her career.
Combining her professional strategic sales prowess and philanthropic passion, Erika joined CASA as the Chief Development Officer in late 2021, where she now serves on the Executive Leadership Team as well as the Governing Board Finance and Development Committees. She leads a dynamic multi-functional team including events management, community and corporate partnerships, grants management, as well as donor development, stewardship, accounting and reporting.
A mother of three, Erika resides in Trabuco Canyon with her youngest son. In her downtime, Erika visits her adult children and spends time at her family home in Bozeman, Montana. She enjoys skiing, outdoor adventures, theatre, concerts and traveling with family and friends.
